Preferred Customer

Nu Skin provides two different memberships: “Distributor” for people who want to do business with Nu Skin, and “Preferred Customer” for repeat users of Nu Skin products.

Preferred Customer

A “Preferred Customer” is a member who can purchase Nu Skin products for personal use only.

<Main Features>

・	A Preferred Customer can place orders directly to Nu Skin at wholesale prices.
・	A Preferred Customer is not qualified to participate in retailing/sponsoring nor receive any bonus.

How to Sign up for Preferred Customer

Step 1

Fully understand the system of Preferred Customer membership by reading “Preferred Customer guide” and other related documents.

A sponsor (introducer: an existing Distributor) is required for the registration. You have to fully understand the content of “Preferred Customer guide” (provided by your sponsor), “Distributor Policies and Procedures” included in “on-line sign up” webpage, or other related documents.

Step 2

Sign up

You can be registered as a Preferred Customer by either of three methods: “online sign up”, “telephone sign up” and “sign up at a walk-in counter”. An application must be submitted by yourself and include your name, date of birth, telephone number, home address, sponsor’s name, and Distributor ID.

■Registration condition■

1.	A resident in Japan
2.	20 years of age and older
3.	At least 6 months has passed since graduation or withdrawal from school.
4.	A candidate is an individual or a wedded couple.
5.	A candidate and his/her spouse are not qualified for “Distributor” nor “Preferred Customer”.

Note:

■	Students (and those who graduated from school within the last 6 months), minors, and civil servants are not eligible.

Step 3

Payment of sign-up fee or ADP enrollment

At time of sign up, you have two options to choose;

1.	Pay the sign-up fee of \2,000(\2,100 tax included) and place order for Nu Skin product(s)
2.	Enroll ADP (Automatic Delivery Program) which requires the purchase of either 2 packages of “LifePak”, 2 bottles of “G3”, or 1 package of “Tru Face Essence”. If you choose this option, the signup fee is exempted.

Step 4

Completion of registration

Upon the completion of the above processes, a membership number is issued. A Preferred Customer is qualified to purchase Nu Skin products at wholesale prices.
